Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta on September 7, 1956, he completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering at the University of New South Wales, Australia. He serves as President Commissioner of the Company based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 22, 2023.
RD. James Rachmat Subekti Commisioner
Indonesian citizen, born in Bandung on December 16, 1963. Joined the Company in 2014 as an Independent Commissioner based on the results of the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders on August 8, 2014, and based on the General Meeting of Shareholders on August 31, 2020, was reappointed as Commissioner. Completed his education at the MBA program of National University San Diego, California. Beginning his career in 1990 at PT Bumi Raya Utama Group as Senior Management. In 1991, he served as Director at PT Aalborg Ciserv as Chief Executive Officer. From 2003 to 2005, he joined the Company as Director. In 2006, he served as Director at PT JAF Capital and PT Kilap Propertindo Management Bekasi Square. He joined the Company on August 8, 2014, based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
Efris Indria Y.A Commisioner
Indonesian citizen, born in Padang on April 1, 1975, residing in Cibinong – Bogor. Completed his law degree at Andalas University Padang in 1998. Joined the Company in 2004 and has served as Company Secretary since 2007 pursuant to a Board of Directors’ Decision. Appointed as Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the results of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 26, 2025.

John Pieter Sembiring President Director
Indonesian citizen, born in Medan on October 26, 1966. Completed his education at the Indonesian Christian University, Faculty of Economics and Accounting in 1991. Joined the Company in 1996, previously held the key position of Head of the Bus Operations Division and served as Chief Operational Officer. In 2013, he was appointed and elected as an Independent Commissioner of the Company. He was subsequently appointed as Chief Executive Officer for the first time in 2013, based on the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders in December 2013.
Ahmad Fahmi Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta on May 5, 1977, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Ahmad Dahlan University in 2002. He was appointed as Director of the Company based on the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders on June 29, 2018. He began his career by joining the Company in 1995 as an employee in the Bus Operations Division. Prior to being appointed as Director of the Company, he served as Manager of Accounting and Tax at the Company.
